Congratulations on taking the first step to secure your scholar (s) seats with Miles Ahead Charter School! Your scholar (s) are on track to being a part of the founding Kindergarten through 4th grade classes joining MACS this Fall, 2023.
For the 2023-2024 academic year, rising Kindergarten through Fourth Grades living in the state of Georgia are eligible for admission.
Kindergarteners must be 5 years old on or before September 1 to be eligible to enroll in Kindergarten for the school year. First graders must be 6 years old on or before September 1 to be eligible to enroll in First Grade for the school year. Second graders must be 7 years old on or before September 1 to be eligible to enroll in Second Grade for the school year. And, Third graders must be 8 on or before September 1 to be eligible to enroll in Third Grade for the school year.

Our open enrollment period for the 2023-2024 school year is open now until February 18, 2023 at 11:59PM EST. Our lottery will be virtual and families will receive notification via email about their placement.
Yes. The only preference given at Miles Ahead are for siblings and staff, faculty, or Board members so that we can keep families together.
Results of the lottery, and waitlists by grade, will be shared via email and a follow up phone call from our school principal beginning February 25th. It is the parent/guardian’s responsibility to ensure that Miles Ahead Charter School has the most updated contact information for notification purposes.
No. Once officially enrolled, all Miles Ahead students will remain enrolled for future years.
