Under the direction of the MACS’ After Care Director, the After Care & Operations Associate is responsible for supporting & facilitating activities, games, crafts, and homework help for scholars that participate in MACS’ after care program.

Substitute teachers at MACS have the unique opportunity to implement our innovative curriculum by ensuring student growth and academic achievement during the absence of the Lead Teacher. Substitutes ensure the implementation of lesson plans aligned to the specification of the Lead Teacher while ensuring they are growing whole, healthy, happy people in 21st century classrooms.
