Overview of Position

Teachers at Miles Ahead advance our unique mission on a daily basis. This requires our teachers to have a passion for teaching and learning, and find joy in working with a growing community of scholars. At Miles Ahead, teachers adjust instruction based upon the needs of scholars and at the direction of the instructional leader of the school – principal. Teachers make informed, data-based decisions and communicate frequently with families.

Stipend Opportunities

  • The MACS Crew is committed to hiring a diverse staff to meet the needs of a range of scholars. Applicants who are later hired can earn stipend within the following areas:
  • Multilingual Abilities
  • Life experiences outside of the United States (i.e. studied abroad, born in another country, gap year, etc.)
