Federal Programs & Accountability

Title I – Programs

At MACS, we work diligently to ensure that every child receives the best possible education. Through Title I, Part A funding, we focus on enhancing educational opportunities for scholars who face challenges that may hinder their academic success.

Our Commitment

Title I, Part A funds are critical in our effort to provide a high-quality education to every scholar, especially those who are economically disadvantaged or at risk of falling behind academically. Our programs are designed to bolster reading, mathematics, and science skills, which are foundational to all future learning.

Parent and Family Engagement

We believe that parental involvement is key to a scholar’s academic success. Title I funds also support family engagement activities that help parents support their children’s learning at home such as parent workshops, regular updates on their child’s progress and how parents can support learning, and ways parents can engage in decision making with the school and provide feedback on Title I programs.

Accountability and Results

We are committed to transparency in how Title I funds are used and the results they achieve. We conduct annual reviews to assess the effectiveness of our Title I programs and make adjustments based on scholar needs and community feedback.
